We are pleased to offer training on CareRadius, the Medical Management system for Health Net Federal Services. The training event will focus on general system navigation to include authorizations and referrals, member search, documentation and corrospondence.
This educational opportunity will be conducted using only the zoom phone system, no video will be shared.

Pre-Requisites:
· Each users must have access to CareRadius to participate in the session, as each individual will need to log in for the virtual case walk through.
· You must have a copy of the CareRadius training materials which are available on our www.tricare-west.com website.
Each session will cover the same material, please only sign up for one session. Class size is limited to 10 people per session.
